Lembongan
Located just southeast of Bali Island, this island has a much more relaxed vibe with almost no nightlife. The nightlife is much more intimate consisting of you and whoever you happen to meet on the island. The diving and surfing are what pulls the tourists in.

I ordered a burger and fries at a fancy looking place for 5USD, which is the high end in Indonesia and this is what they gave me.

Diving with Manta Rays
I did some of the cheapest diving with 7 dives costing about 150USD. The treasure of Lemobongan is the Mola Mola which we did not get to see as it's not very common.
